Nick has been a cocktail enthusiast for as long as he can remember. He has a multitude of professional experience in the hospitality industry including mixing cocktails for race enthusiasts on the lawn at Royal Ascot to designing Cocktail Menus for bars and restaurants. Nick has managed multiple bars and has been responsible for Cocktail Training and Service Standards at an independent restaurant chain. Diversely Nick also has 10 years experience working as a successful Business Development Manager in the city – learning and developing successful business management, marketing and sales skills. More recently Nick has travelled the world experiencing the best of Cuban Rum, Mexican Tequila and Peruvian Pisco!

Mick has been a cocktail enthusiast for as long as he can’t remember. He has a vast number of years experience at the top of the hospitality industry; having worked as a bartender, bar manager, barista, waiter, restaurant and hotel manager. Mick truly understands the essence of good service and the importance of high quality product! Mick also has 3 years experience working in Hospitality recruitment; not only has this deepened his understanding of this vibrant and fast paced industry it has also allowed him to build an understanding of business management. He has seen, at close quarters, the complications and headaches of running a successful business!
